On March 11, at the 10th Hai Chau District Police Department Congress, Da Nang City in 2025, the Hai Chau District Police Council presented 10 million VND in support to families in difficult circumstances in Group 4, Thuan Phuoc Ward to repair their houses in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.
Also at the congress, the Standing Committee of the District Youth Union and the District Team Council launched a campaign for students to join hands and contribute to the goal of "by the end of 2025, basically completing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for policy households, poor households, and near-poor households".
It is known that this is a savings fund of students and children in Hai Chau district from the small plan movement for the 2024 - 2025 school year with the spirit of "working small". And right at the program, students continued to support the demolition of temporary and dilapidated houses with lucky money cards.

Nam Khanh, a student at Nguyen Hue Secondary School, shared with pride that she was able to contribute to the program, helping to repair a shelter. The amount of support given to disadvantaged households today is very small. The amount of money each student contributed was even smaller, but for Khanh and many students, the joy and excitement were clearly visible on their faces.
"We have seen many temporary houses, in many places across the country and in Da Nang. The money we donate is a monthly savings deposit. With that small contribution, a shelter will be repaired, enough to cover the sun and rain for a poor family.
The activity has helped us have valuable experiences and lessons. The good deeds we have done today will help nurture and shape our personality in the future, becoming people who know how to share Khanh shared.
Representing the students who presented a symbolic board of giving to the locality with a household that needs to repair temporary houses, Mr. Le Vien Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the District Youth Union, Chairman of the District Team Council - was also proud that the small savings and the pigs that the students "raised" this school year have contributed to the meaningful program.
The activity has created conditions for students and children to express the spirit of "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves". Every year, the small-scale planning movement will be implemented by the unit to build works to serve the learning and play activities for students. However, this year, a part of the fund's money has been donated to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the city. This helps to replicate the meaning of the small-scale planning movement.
"Not only at this congress, the District Council of the District is continuing to launch projects in joint ventures and schools in Hai Chau district to contribute and complete the goal of "by the end of 2025, basically completing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for policy households, poor households, and near-poor households" - Mr. Thanh said.
