At the 9th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 2024-2025 term held in Hanoi, Miss H'Hen Nie was honored to be re-elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 9th term for the 2024-2029 term.
She wore a formal outfit of ao dai with brocade patterns typical of Ede culture, along with the Congress uniform. As the first beauty queen to continuously hold the position of a member for two terms, H'Hen Nie emotionally shared: "This is a great honor that Hen cherishes very much, following in the footsteps of previous Union officials to continue writing the glorious history of the Vietnam Youth Union and Hen is aware of the great responsibility of the Union to meet the expectations of the Party for the Vietnam Youth Union.
Hen promises to devote himself and make efforts with the Association's staff to build a strong, united, creative collective, and fulfill his role and responsibility to Vietnamese youth in particular and the community and society in general."
Previously, H'Hen Nie was elected as a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, term VII, 2019 - 2024. During her term, H'Hen Nie was active in activities for students, young people, and enthusiastically participated in Youth Union movements. She also joined the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House Volunteer Team to support people during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. Recently, H'Hen Nie was honored as an "Individual for the Community" for her contributions over the years.
After attending the Congress, H'Hen Nie quickly went to the airport to be on time for the event in Ho Chi Minh City that evening. She said that this was a commemorative event, H'Hen Nie was also honored as "Community Star" and "Beauty of the Year" of the program. Therefore, despite her busy schedule, H'Hen Nie still tried to arrange to attend.
