Previously, at the Miss Culture and Tourism Vietnam contest, Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh surpassed other contestants to win the highest position. Her victory was considered worthy because in addition to her beauty, the new beauty queen also impressed with her good education and always maintained her form in the rounds.
Sharing about her recent achievement, Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh happily said: “I came to the competition with the desire to connect and learn from the contestants to improve myself, but fortunately I was trusted and given a great opportunity.
