The beauty queen surprised when sharing images recording moments in the role setting for the movie "Wolf Squirrel" - set in a small squirrel in the highlands, where pristine nature intertwined with the fluctuations of modern life.
It is known that "Soc Soi" is a film by director Song Soc revolving around the fate of ordinary people, facing the contradiction between preserving tradition and the pressure of change to adapt to the times. Through the journey of the characters, the work raises many contemporary social issues such as cultural preservation, community relationships, as well as the aspiration of people to rise up in adversity.
Although it has not been possible to specifically reveal the character, for Miss Luong Thi Thuy Dung, participating in the project is a milestone in her career and life. More notably, the film is expected to start filming in Dak Lak, with the majestic natural setting of the Central Highlands. This makes the beauty queen even more excited when contributing to promoting the beautiful scenes of her homeland to everyone.
The beauty shared that, "Being able to experience a new field, and also to do the things I cherish - for me, that is a great opportunity I have when the director trusts and gives the role".
Miss Luong Thi Thuy Dung said that due to confidentiality, she cannot reveal much about this role yet.However, the beauty revealed that she has spent time searching and improving her acting skills to be able to confidently take on a new role.
When asked about the pressure, the beauty frankly said: "For me, the success of a film project is the whole effort of a collective.So the biggest pressure is that if I don't do it well, it will affect the entire crew.However, this is also a positive pressure, requiring me to try to prepare carefully for this transformation".
One of the big challenges for Miss Luong Thi Thuy Dung when participating in filming is to rearrange her schedule to ensure filming progress.This is a problem for the beauty queen when currently, she is also teaching models to young students in her hometown.However, the beauty believes: "If I don't try, how would I know I can't do it".
Miss Luong Thi Thuy Dung confided further: "I always want to develop and expand artistic activities in my hometown. When taking on the role of teaching class, I not only impart my profession, but also want to inspire young people.
I think if I am facing a certain challenge, if I don't dare to try my hand, how can I create a premise or share with my students. I want them to see that their teacher has dared to overcome barriers to try new things, then they can also do it and succeed.
When asked about her expectations for "Soc Soi", Luong Thi Thuy Dung hoped that the film would receive the support of the audience and create an impression on viewers with the truly wonderful scenery of the great forest land.At the same time, the beauty hopes that she will learn a lot of acting experience, not only to apply to later projects but also to teach her students.
