Hai Duong - According to the Plan to implement the Expanded Immunization Program in 2025, Hai Duong province continues to maintain the adequate vaccination rate for all vaccines.

In 2025, Hai Duong province will continue to maintain the full vaccination rate of all vaccines in the program, including: tuberculosis, diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, hepatitis B, meningitis caused by Haemophilus influenzae type B bacteria, consumption of measles for children under 1 year old reaching 95% or more on the scale of communes, wards and towns, of which about 70% of subjects are vaccinated at public health facilities.

Strive to achieve over 90% of the vaccination rate for neonatal hepatitis B vaccination within the first 24 hours; ≥ 90% of children are vaccinated against polio; ≥ 95% of children aged 18 months to 24 months are vaccinated against measles-rubella and DPT mui 4: ≥ 90% of 7-year-old children are vaccinated against tetanus-laryphia (Td).

Over 95% of pregnant women in Hai Duong are vaccinated with enough tetanus vaccine during pregnancy.100% of preschool and primary school children have their vaccination history checked for vaccines in the program and at least 90% of children determined to be unemised or not fully vaccinated are vaccinated in full according to regulations.

100% of vaccination facilities in Hai Duong province (including public vaccination facilities and services) fully update information and vaccination history on the National Immunization Information Management System.100% of cases of post-vaccation reactions are monitored, promptly handled; investigated, reported; compensation is paid according to regulations.

The plan also sets a goal of ensuring that 100% of vaccination facilities are inspected, monitored, and provided with technical support in accordance with regulations; 100% of vaccine storage facilities are fully equipped with cold chains to ensure adequate vaccine storage capacity throughout the period of expanded immunization.
