The Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province has just issued a document directing the implementation of Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Minister of Education and Training regulating extra teaching and learning.
Regarding extra teaching and learning in schools, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province requires educational institutions to review and adjust the extra teaching and learning plan in schools from February 14, 2025, ensuring compliance with regulations; focus, organize reviews, consolidate knowledge for senior students (grade 9, grade 12) to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Teachers of public educational institutions participating in extra-curricular teaching must report to principals/directors, clearly stating the main contents: time, time, address and form of extra teaching.
The Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province requires educational institutions to strictly manage the teaching of extra classes outside of school by teachers in accordance with regulations; report on the teaching of teachers of the school participating in extra classes outside of school.
In addition, educational institutions seriously implement the plan to teach subjects and educational activities; teach closely with the requirements of the program.Training students' self-study awareness and instructing them on learning methods; assigning tasks to students to self-study at home appropriately and effectively; encouraging students to proactively review and consolidate knowledge through online teaching tools, applications and software to improve learning outcomes.
Regularly coordinate with parents, authorities, and local unions in management work, especially in the management of extra teaching and learning.
