A glass of vitamin D-supplemented orange juice of about 240 ml usually provides nearly 2.5 micrograms of vitamin D. However, many other drinks can provide higher levels.

Milk

Milk is a popular and easily supplementable source of vitamin D daily. A glass of low-fat milk (about 240ml) contains about 3 micrograms of vitamin D.

Although natural cow's milk is not rich in vitamin D, it is often supplemented during processing. At the same time, milk also provides calcium, which helps bones and teeth become stronger, supporting better nutrient absorption.

Vegetable milk
