Follow the DASH diet
The DASH diet is considered one of the effective diets to help control blood pressure.
This diet encourages increased consumption of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat milk and lean protein sources, while limiting saturated fat and sodium-rich foods.
Maintain exercise
Regular physical activity helps blood vessels stay healthy and supports maintaining stable blood pressure. Even when there is no long workout time, walking 10-15 minutes each day can also help blood vessels relax, reduce pressure on the heart and support blood pressure control.
Prioritize cooking at home
Eating outside or using processed foods often increases sodium intake because these dishes are high in salt. Cooking at home helps you proactively control the amount of spices, thereby reducing sodium consumption.
Priority should be given to processing methods such as steaming, grilling, roasting or using oil-free fryers to build a healthier diet.
Drink enough water every day
Maintaining enough water helps the body function effectively, supports blood circulation and contributes to stabilizing blood pressure.
