On April 8, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Director of the Land Registration Office of Lam Dong province - said that land-related records have increased sharply in recent weeks.
Accordingly, in the past 3 weeks, the whole province has increased about 2,000 applications for a Land Use Rights Certificate (LURC) each week.
The most concentrated records are at the Branches of the Land Registration Office of Lam Ha, Di Linh, Duc Trong districts.
Da Lat city also recorded an increase, but at a lower level. To promptly resolve the issue, the Land Registration Office of Lam Dong province has directed branches to increase working hours to avoid causing frustration for people.
Regarding the work of granting land use rights, Lam Ha District People's Committee has just issued a document assigning the Department of Agriculture and Environment, People's Committees of communes and towns, People's Council Office - District People's Committee, District Inspectorate... to rectify the work of granting land use rights in the area.
People's Committees of communes and towns are required to receive and process documents closely, in accordance with the correct order and procedures according to the law.
The process of checking and collecting opinions on residential areas on the origin and time of land use must ensure objectivity, transparency and publicity.
Difficulties and problems in declaration, registration, and granting of land use rights when applying the 2024 Land Law will be compiled and reported to promptly resolve, avoiding backlog of documents.
