On April 6, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - Director of the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Buon Ma Thuot City (Dak Lak Province) said that the unit is stepping up propaganda on online registration of land-related records.
The unit has printed 2,000 posters at the one-stop department and 2,000 posters sent to 19 communes and wards in the area.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, the unit receives about 400 records each day, mainly procedures for donating and inheriting land use rights. Land transfer records are still available but not many.
In the early days of online application submission, the unit only received about 10 applications per day. The reason is that many people do not understand the process well, and are still wondering whether submitting online will be successful or not.
Many people still maintain the concept of having to directly hold the red book to submit and receive the appointment slip to feel secure, leading to a situation of queuing up to complete procedures.
However, with both direct and online submissions, the unit will synchronize data throughout the day. Due to the large number of records, officers and employees have increased working hours and are not taking leave to ensure timely handling for the people.
Currently, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dak Lak province is coordinating with relevant units to implement the model of "Supporting and connecting the settlement of administrative procedures in the land sector" between notary practice organizations, land registration offices and tax authorities.
From April 1, the authorities have also begun providing online public services for administrative procedures in the land sector.
