Language localization allows businesses to exploit Agentforce Service and Employee Agent to improve customer experience, increase productivity and optimize operational efficiency.
Agentforce belongs to the Agentforce 360 platform in the Customer 360 solution set, connecting humans and AI assistants in a unified system. This platform was announced at Dreamforce in October 2025, built on the Salesforce ecosystem with more than 26 years of CRM and data development.
Agentforce 360 integrates four components including Agentforce 360 Platform, Data 360, Customer 360 Apps and Slack, helping to convert processes into intelligent operations, improving performance and connectivity with customers.
In Vietnam, Fulbright University Vietnam has integrated Agentforce into the One Stop portal for students in just three weeks, deploying an AI dialogue assistant that responds in natural language.
