Located inside An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, Hai Phong, the project has a scale of 8.9 hectares with more than 60,000 m2 of rental floor area including high-quality ready-built factories and warehouses. This is also the first time Vietnam Industrial Park has launched a two-story factory model, at the same time, providing many options for area scale, from 1,000 m2 for small and medium-sized enterprises to larger spaces serving multinational production corporations.
