The team inspected the situation and worked with the Party Committee of Hong Phong ward listening to reports on the progress of projects being implemented in the area. In particular, An Duong Industrial Park Investment Project phase 2 has a total planning area of 196.1 ha in 3 communes of Hong Phong, Bac Son and An Hoa. The area of ground clearance and land allocation is 192.7 ha, the remaining 3.44 ha of 57 households are conducting site clearance. In particular, Hong Phong ward has 2.4 ha of 48 households and Tan Tien ward 1 ha of 9 households. Up to now, there are 46/48 households in Hong Phong ward, which has not received the support for site clearance as prescribed.
After listening to the report, Ms. Tran Thi Quynh Trang - Secretary of the An Duong District Party Committee - directed departments, offices and Hong Phong ward to focus on speeding up the implementation of key projects in the area. In particular, the An Duong Industrial Park project (phase 2) in Hong Phong ward, the locality focuses on site clearance, both promoting propaganda and mobilizing households to voluntarily receive compensation to support site clearance and completing enforcement documents according to the provisions of law, to be implemented in April 2025.
Hong Phong ward focuses on land management, preventing violations, ensuring security and order, stabilizing the situation, managing mini water plants and implementing other political tasks of the locality.
