Mr. Nishida Hideki, General Director of UNIQLO Vietnam, shared: “5 years has been a proud and memorable journey for all of us. In 2019, we opened the first UNIQLO store in Vietnam. After 5 years, UNIQLO has been present in major cities across the country. This is an important milestone when the UNIQLO brand has always received the support and trust of Vietnamese customers. The program is a valuable opportunity for us to send our sincere thanks to customers, connect more deeply through interesting activities and continue to make positive contributions to the common development of Vietnamese people and society”.
On this occasion, UNIQLO collaborated with The Walt Disney to launch a collection exclusively for the Vietnamese market, called “Mickey Mouse in Vietnam”. Inspired by traditional cuisine and costumes, the collection features patterns that honor the uniqueness of Vietnamese street culture.
UNIQLO also collaborated with young artist Chung Pham on the new UTme! collection, themed “Folklore”, featuring four patterns inspired by Vietnamese folk culture.
