The festival takes place from July 24-27, 2025, at a series of leading-scale locations in the region: SkyExpo (Vietnam), Surabaya Convention Center (Indonesia), SMX Manila Convention Center (Philippines), Bukit Jalil Exhibition Center (Malaysia), Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Center (Singapore, from July 25 to 27), and The Mall Bangkapi, MCC Hall (Thailand).
