Any business that considers AI as an operating infrastructure will go far, while businesses that only use AI as a tool will quickly fall behind.
Vietnamese enterprises: urgent need to upgrade the platform
The reality in Vietnam shows that most new businesses are stopped at the level of digitalization and automation of segmentation, disjointed data between systems. This makes it difficult for AI to promote value, especially with advanced problems such as operational optimization, risk forecasting or supply chain automation.
For AI to truly become a new operating infrastructure, businesses must build a structured implementation roadmap, starting with data standardization to ensure clean, complete and connected data; because if the data platform is not consistent, AI will not be able to create reliable information. At the same time, the process system needs to be redesigned, because AI cannot "insert" old processes but requires rethinking the way of organizing work from the root.
The human factor also plays a key role: the workforce must be equipped with new skills to work with AI as a partner, instead of worrying about being replaced.
Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang emphasized that the biggest challenge for Vietnamese enterprises today is not only putting AI into operation, but also "reshaping an operating culture based on data and algorithms". This is an important shift for AI to become a platform for smooth operation, changing the way businesses create value in the new period.

Pioneering businesses in implementing AI systematically have recorded the benefits: reducing the time for processing repetitive tasks, increasing accuracy in control operations, and freeing up labor to focus on creativity, sales and customer care - areas that require human factors.
AI will be the operating standard in the next decade
From the global trend to the reality of Vietnamese enterprises, it can be seen that AI is shifting its role from "smart tools" to "operating systems". This is not only a technological advance but also a transformation of the thinking model - where data, humans and machine learning together create new competitiveness.
