The development of Border-X JSC is not only an individual success but also reflects the general trend emphasized in the report "small and medium enterprises (SMB) in the journey to become global" by Payoneer at the end of 2024. The survey results show that 79% of Vietnamese SMB enterprises are optimistic and confident in the ability to increase revenue in the next 12 months.
With headquarters located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Border-X is currently operating a streamlined team of 52 employees, in charge of managing online store systems globally.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep shared: My colleagues and I have the same view that we need to take advantage of the leverage to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. That is the reason why we boldly invest in tools to help optimize work processes and recruit skilled human resources, contributing to helping Border-X develop as it is today. During the development process, we have continuously improved the quality of services to not only attract new customers but also strengthen strong relationships with existing partners.
