According to Mr. Minh, to "stick position and welcome changes", the new-generation industrial park model must create added value beyond the pure rental land area - that is the ability to create an ecosystem to help investors develop sustainably.
This strategy is being strongly realized by Prodezi in the Prodezi Industrial Park with a scale of 400 hectares in Ben Luc, Tay Ninh with an integrated ecological model.
