AEON Group has just appointed Mr. Tezuka Daisuke to hold the position of Member of the Executive Board of the Group, Chief Representative of AEON in Vietnam and General Director of AEON Vietnam, replacing Mr. furusawa Yasuyuki - who has returned to Japan to take on the position of General Director of AEON Retail and is in charge of the Business Department of the Group's General Supply and Supermarketing Center.
Mr. Tezuka joined AEON in 2002 and has more than 23 years of experience in the fields of finance, retail, and supply chain. He has led many strategic projects, restructured businesses and developed modern supply chain models. Notable are two symbolic centers: automated logistics and professional food processing.
With the philosophy of "contributing to the happiness of people in daily life", AEON hopes that under the leadership of Mr. Tezuka, AEON Vietnam will continue to expand, meeting the increasing needs of the rapidly developing middle class.
