Aeon Xuan Thuy Shopping Center has just officially opened with a modern shopping space and targets students, office workers, and young families in Cau Giay area and neighboring districts.
Aeon Xuan Thuy is designed as a 3-storey center with many modern amenities and an electronic price list and automatic payment system.
Besides direct shopping, Aeon also expands online sales channels by phone or on e-commerce platforms.
According to information from this group, in the period of March-August 2024 alone, Aeon Mall achieved revenue of nearly 8.2 billion yen, about more than 1,390 billion VND in Vietnam, an increase of more than 14% over the same period last year. After deducting expenses, the Japanese giant's pre-tax profit was about 2.4 billion yen (equivalent to over 400 billion VND), an increase of about 21%.
After more than 10 years, Aeon has invested about 1.5 billion USD in Vietnam and currently has 7 shopping centers in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Hue and Binh Duong, with a total leasable floor area of about 462,000 m2.
