At about 2:25 am on September 2, after the festival ended in the Pa Hang intersection area, Tay Tien residential group, Moc Son ward, Son La province, a conflict occurred between two groups of teenagers.
According to information from Son La Provincial Police, a group of 9 young men residing in Moc Chau ward, Moc Son ward and Tan Yen commune had an argument and cursed with a group of 4 people in Mai Son commune.
After that, the group of 9 people went home to get knives and swords and then returned to chase the remaining group. During the chase, the subjects drove motorbikes without helmets, swerving and zigzagging on the road, causing security and order disturbances and an accident occurred.
The incident injured 3 people, including a left sternum fracture, a left collarbone fracture and a femoral fracture.
Receiving the news at 6:30 am on the same day, Moc Son Ward Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department and functional forces to urgently verify and search for related people.
To date, Son La Provincial Police have summoned 13 subjects to clarify the act of causing insecurity and disorder.
The case is being further investigated and verified for handling according to legal regulations.
