These are individuals with good labor and reform processes; complying with sufficient reform time and fully fulfilling civil obligations and additional penalties according to the provisions of law.
Speaking to direct at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Thai Diep - Standing Deputy Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency - City Police - congratulated the individuals granted amnesty and wished that the inmates after returning to their localities would quickly reintegrate into the community, actively work, and stabilize their lives to become useful citizens for society. For the inmates who are continuing to serve their sentences, he suggested that they should strive to strictly comply with the provisions of law and the internal regulations of the Detention Center to soon be considered for a reduction in the term of imprisonment or amnesty in the following phases.
