On July 13, in Hanoi, Asia-America Industrial Joint Stock Company (Amy Grupo) successfully organized the Investor Roadshow 2026 event with the theme "Reaching out to position - Spreading success".
The event marks an important milestone before the initial public offering (IPO) and listing plan on HOSE in October. This is an opportunity for Amy Grupo to share a comprehensive picture of actual production capacity, growth strategy, sustainable development orientation (ESG) and vision to become a leading building materials enterprise in the region.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan - General Director of Amy Grupo - emphasized: "IPO is not simply a capital raising activity. This is a strategic shift to help Amy Grupo improve management capacity, expand production scale and affirm the position of a Vietnamese finishing material enterprise in the international market.
According to announced information, Amy Grupo will offer 16.1 million shares to the public with a starting price of 48,900 VND/share. Registration time lasts from July 9, 2026 to August 12, 2026. The expected capitalization after IPO of the enterprise will reach 7.851 billion VND. The mobilized capital flow will help the company strengthen financial resources, optimize capital structure and reduce debt pressure.
Built on a solid industrial foundation, Amy Grupo currently owns a synchronous ecosystem including 4 factories, 1 trading company and more than 2,000 employees. The enterprise maintains a total capacity of about 75 million m2/year with key products such as: Vinyl floors, SPC floors, LVT floors, ceramic tiles, large-sized porcelain...

Not only maintaining the domestic market, Amy Group has strongly reached out to the world when successfully exporting to more than 35 countries and territories. Notably, in 2025, export revenue accounted for 74.66% of total revenue, of which the US strategic market contributed 62.49%.
By the end of 2025, the enterprise recorded impressive revenue of 6,997 billion VND. The compound annual growth rate of net revenue (CAGR) in the period 2021-2025 reached 37.8%/year - a figure that proves the business efficiency and high adaptability of enterprises in the context of a volatile global supply chain.
In the development plan for the period 2026-2030, Amy Grupo sets a target to increase the total capacity of the entire system to 121 million m2 by 2030. In which, the Vinyl/SPC flooring industry and new generation environmentally friendly finishing materials are identified as the main growth driver, with a projected compound growth rate of about 15%/year.
In addition, the business firmly pursues a sustainable development strategy based on ESG principles. Amy Grupo is one of the pioneers in the industry in implementing ESG reports according to international standards, achieving certifications for inventory and carbon emission management. This not only improves competitiveness when exporting but also helps attract long-term capital flows from large financial institutions.
Accompanying Amy Grupo's IPO deal this time is Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company - one of the leading financial consulting and investment banking organizations in Vietnam, helping businesses improve management standards and enhance transparency before officially listing shares on HOSE in October 2026.
