Previously, implementing the professional plan during the peak month of drug and crime prevention (PCMT&TP), at 2:10 p.m. on June 4, in front of house number 278/9 Tran Cao Van, group 55, Xuan Ha ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city, the PCMT&TP force of Phu Loc Border Guard Station caught Duong Si Hieu (born in 1983; Thanh Khe Dong ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city) red-handed for illegally buying and selling drugs.
The seized exhibits included 19 packages of crystal meth (about 10g); 1 motorbike; 2 mobile phones and 340,000 VND. Through investigation, Duong Si Hieu confessed that about 20 minutes before being caught red-handed, Hieu sold a package of crystal meth to Tran Hoang Sinh, residing at house number K278/H8/5 Tran Cao Van, Xuan Ha ward, Thanh Khe district for 1,800,000 VND.
Based on the testimony of Duong Si Hieu, the unit conducted an investigation, the investigation process until 2:40 p.m. on June 4, in front of house number K278/11 Tran Cao Van, Xuan Ha ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city, the PCMT&TP force of Phu Loc Border Guard Station caught Tran Hoang Sinh (born in 1974; Hai Chau district, Da Nang city) red-handed for illegally storing drugs. The seized evidence included a package of crystal meth.
Conducting an emergency search of Tran Hoang Sinh's residence at house number 278B/8 Tran Cao Van, Xuan Ha ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city, the unit seized a package of crystal meth (about 2g). The case is currently being investigated and handled by the unit according to regulations.
