On December 27, the Criminal Police Department, Gia Lai Provincial Police are investigating and clarifying a serious case that occurred in the area.
Accordingly, the Criminal Police Department and Chu A Thai Commune Police mobilized the surrender of Ksor Thuyen (born 2010, residing in Residential Group 12, Phu Thien commune) and executed emergency detention orders for Rmah Thieu (born 2010), Nay Yon (born 2007), Ksor Chieu (born 2002, all residing in Residential Group 12, Phu Thien commune).
The subjects were arrested for investigation and clarification of the act of "Rape" that occurred on December 22, 2025 in Nam Ha village, Chu A Thai commune.
Previously, at 6:00 am on December 22, Ms. M (born in 2009) came to Chu A Thai Commune Police to report that she was controlled by 4 subjects using force and then committed rape in the field hut area of Nam Ha village.
According to M, at about 9:00 PM on December 22, M, along with T (born 2012, residing in Plei Glung Mo Lan, Chu A Thai commune); Rmah C (born 2009), Nay Yon (both residing in Residential Group 12, Phu Thien commune) and 4 unknown young men, participated in drinking alcohol at Nay Yon's farm in Nam Ha village.
At one point, seeing two young men say they were going to buy cigarettes to smoke, M asked to go along, the two young men agreed, so they drove a motorbike carrying M.
When they reached another field hut area in Nam Ha village, the two young men got out of the car, pulled M's hand and led her away, but M did not go, so they hugged M and carried her up to the field hut. After that, the subjects committed rape against M.
After completing, the subjects took M to M's house, M talked to the family, and was taken by the family to Chu A Thai Commune Police to report the incident.
Determining that this was a very serious case, the Commune Police reported to the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police to direct the Criminal Police Department to coordinate with Chu A Thai Commune Police to investigate and clarify.
Through verification and traceability, the Police force determined that 4 subjects participated in raping M including: Rmah Thieu, Nay Yon, Ksor Chieu, Ksor Thuyen.
Initially, the subjects resolutely did not admit the act, however, with undeniable evidence, the subjects had to admit the act of using force and control to rape Ms. M.
