On May 11, according to information from Vinh Long Provincial Police, the Provincial Police Investigation Agency arrested Dang Phuoc Xuan, a wanted subject for the act of intentionally causing injury.
Previously, on July 19, 2024, due to a conflict while drinking at Mr. N.V.T's house in Long Son hamlet, Nhi Long commune, Dang Phuoc Xuan had an argument, then used a knife to attack Mr. N.V.T and Mr. T.V. C.
Examination showed that Mr. T.V. C suffered 3% injury, Mr. N.V.T 2% injury. On March 14, the Investigation Police Agency prosecuted Dang Phuoc Xuan for the act of intentionally causing injury. Because defendant Xuan had fled the locality, the Investigation Police Agency issued an arrest warrant.
By professional measures, the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Long Provincial Police arrested Dang Phuoc Xuan who was hiding in Ben Luc commune, Tay Ninh province, and transferred him to Vinh Long for further investigation and handling.
