On April 23, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that Trung Son Ward Police had just synchronously and drastically deployed working measures to fight crime and drug evils, not allowing the formation of points to organize the use and harboring of illegal drugs in the area.
Previously, at about 9:20 pm on April 21, in Trung Son ward, the ward police discovered and caught Vu Khac Hung (born in 2004, residing in Trung Son ward) illegally possessing 1 bag of methamphetamine weighing 0.276g.
In the interrogation, Vu Khac Hung confessed to buying the above drug bag from Tran Duy Hung for use.
Expanding the investigation, Trung Son Ward Police conducted an inspection of motel 555 in Group 15A, Trung Son Ward and discovered that in room 401 there were 4 subjects using illegal drugs. The subjects included: Tran Duy Hung (born in 2003, residing in Dong Thai commune), Le Van Son (born in 1996, residing in Tam Diep Ward), Vu Nam Phi (born in 2002, residing in Trung Son Ward) and Vu Duy Cuong (born in 1992, residing in Yen Thang Ward).
At the scene, the police agency seized 2 bags of methamphetamine weighing 0.325g along with many items and tools for drug use.
Through struggle, the subjects confessed to organizing the illegal use of drugs.
Currently, Trung Son Ward Police are coordinating with functional units to consolidate the file to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
