On March 11, information from the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the unit had just investigated, clarified and arrested Nguyen Minh Quan (17 years old, in Son Tay, Hanoi) for the act of "theft of property".
According to the investigation, there was a previous theft of a motorbike in the fishing pond area in Quang Vinh ward, Sam Son city. The thieves took advantage of people's carelessness when leaving motorbikes on the street without anyone watching, broke the lock, stole the motorbike and escaped.
After receiving the crime report, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police investigated, clarified and arrested the perpetrator of the above theft, Nguyen Minh Quan, when the subject was bringing the evidence to Vinh City, Nghe An Province for consumption.
