On May 26, Duc Linh Commune Police (Lam Dong) said that the unit is coordinating with functional forces to continue investigating and clarifying a case of illegal drug trading and storage that occurred in the area.
Previously, at about 11 am on May 25, by professional measures, Duc Linh Commune Police discovered and arrested 3 subjects red-handed including: Truong Duc Huong (39 years old), To Quoc Hien (22 years old, both residing in Duc Linh commune) and Tran Manh Dung (26 years old, residing in Nam Thanh commune) who were committing acts of buying and selling, illegally storing drugs.
Expanding the investigation, the police force continued to urgently arrest Nguyen Anh Nguyen (35 years old, residing in Duc Linh commune) to investigate the act of illegally possessing drugs.
Exhibits seized included 24 bags suspected of containing drugs, 3 mobile phones and many related exhibits serving the investigation.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and handled by Duc Linh Commune Police in coordination with professional units according to the provisions of law.
