On May 11, according to information from Vinh Long Provincial Police, An Truong Commune Police just coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of Vinh Long Provincial Police to arrest Nguyen Hoang Tri (born in 2001), residing in hamlet 3, An Truong commune for the crime of robbery.
It is known that in the early morning of May 2nd, An Truong Commune Police received a report from Mr. P.V. T (born in 1990), residing in An Dinh Giong hamlet, An Truong commune, Vinh Long province about being robbed of a phone by a young man wearing a white jacket, covering his head and face, Mr. T. and the subject had a scuffle and were injured. After that, the subject got on a motorbike and fled.
Upon receiving the news, An Truong Commune Police were present at the scene, identifying the dangerous subject. The force reported to the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police, investigated, reviewed cameras, cordoned off the area, and closedly patrolled the area.
From the collected data, by the afternoon of May 5, the Task Force identified Tri as a suspicious subject, so they proceeded to approach and invite him to work. However, when the police force presented the invitation, the subject did not comply, using 01 machete about 80cm long and 01 knife to resist and barricade himself in the house.
After a period of persuasion and persuasion, the Task Force controlled the subject and took him to the Police agency for work. Here, the subject admitted his criminal acts. Tri has 03 previous convictions and administrative violations for the crimes of property theft, robbery and illegal possession of military weapons.
The case is being further consolidated by the Criminal Police Department of Vinh Long Provincial Police, handling it according to legal regulations.
