On April 3, Dinh Trang Thuong Commune Police (Lam Dong) said that the unit had just arrested Nguyen Chi Cuong (18 years old, residing in An Thanh commune, Tay Ninh province) to investigate the act of property theft.
Previously, on the morning of April 2, Dinh Trang Thuong Commune Police received a report from Mr. N.T. H (31 years old, local resident) about the theft of a Yamaha Sirius motorbike.
Immediately after receiving the report, the police force urgently deployed professional measures, reviewed the area, cordoned off key areas and strengthened patrols on inter-village and inter-commune roads.
At about 9 am on the same day, during a patrol, the crime prevention team discovered a young man driving a vehicle with characteristics matching the lost vehicle, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection.
Through verification, the subject is Nguyen Chi Cuong. At the time of inspection, Cuong could not present relevant documents. Through struggle, the subject admitted to the act of property theft.
Currently, Dinh Trang Thuong Commune Police are temporarily detaining the subject to continue investigating and clarifying the case.
