    Hai Phong - On July 25, the City Police informed that Tan Minh Commune Police had just discovered a subject illegally trading drugs.

    Tan Minh Commune Police have just discovered Nguyen Duy Quy (born in 2000, residing in An Thach, Tan Minh) showing signs of illegal drug use. Rapid test results, Quy was positive for MET and MDMA. Through further investigation, Quy confessed to buying drugs from a person named Pham Van Lam (born in 2001, residing in Tan Minh commune)

    Tan Minh Commune Police summoned Pham Van Lam to work and executed an emergency search warrant at his residence. Here, the authorities seized many drug-related tools (Methamphetamine), 1 motorbike and 1.3 million VND.

    Pham Van Lam confessed to having sold drugs many times to Tran Van Diep (born in 1995, residing in Zone 3 Tien Lang, Hai Phong). Tan Minh Commune Police then summoned Tran Van Diep for questioning. This subject also confessed to buying drugs from Pham Van Lam many times.

    Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police has issued an emergency detention order, an emergency arrest warrant and a decision to temporarily detain Pham Van Lam for illegal drug trafficking.
