Previously, at 8:30 p.m. on September 1, through reconnaissance work to grasp the situation, the Working Group of Thang Phu Commune Police discovered Duong Quoc Dat (born in 1997), Duong Ngoc Hau (born in 1994) and Duong Ngoc Thao (born in 1997), all residing in Thang Phu Commune, gathering on suspicion of organizing drug use in the concrete bridge area in front of Duong Ngoc Thao's house, so they organized an inspection. Conducting samples and rapid testing, all three subjects were found to be positive for Methamphetamine and Amphetamine.
synchronously applying professional measures and coordinating with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Da Nang City Police to focus on fighting, the three subjects Dat, Hau and Thao admitted to all acts of organizing illegal use of drugs.
Currently, the Commune Police have handed over the subjects and exhibits to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of Da Nang City Police for handling according to their authority.
