On December 17, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police said that it had just coordinated with An Bien Commune Police to catch Trinh Nguyen Tuong Vy, born in 2007 (residing in An Bien Commune, An Giang Province) red-handed for illegally storing drugs.
Previously, at around 6:10 p.m. on December 15, 2025, in Bau Mon Hamlet, An Bien Commune, the police caught Vy red-handed in the act of illegally storing drugs.
After checking the subject, the police discovered and seized a plastic bag containing white solid crystals hidden inside the shell of an electronic cigarette.
Through initial investigation, Vy confessed that the seized evidence was crystal meth.
The police are currently continuing to verify and clarify the case.
