Previously, on March 16, at the entrance to Cau Treo International Border Gate, Ha Tinh Provincial Police coordinated with Border Guard and Customs to catch Anh red-handed transporting 60 boxes of explosive fireworks (36 boxes of type 49 and 24 boxes of type 36), with a total weight of about 85 kg.
Working with the police, Nguyen Van Anh confessed to buying the above fireworks in Laos to transport to Vietnam for the purpose of selling for profit.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ha Tinh Province Police has temporarily detained Anh for 4 months and is continuing to investigate and expand the case to handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
