    The accident occurred at 1:30 p.m. on March 27 on National Highway 1 in Ky Hoa commune, Ky Anh town.

    At that time, the truck with license plate 37H - 018.xx was traveling in the South - North direction, when arriving at Ky Hoa commune, it collided with a dump truck with license plate 38C - 185.xx traveling in the opposite direction.

    After the strong collision, the dump truck lost control and crashed into the road, killing the driver. Immediately after the accident, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Police coordinated with relevant units to be present to handle the scene and investigate the cause.
