On April 1, Chi Ma Border Guard Station (Loc Binh District) informed that the authorities had discovered and handled two cases related to violations of the law in the border area.
Accordingly, at around 3:00 p.m. on March 30, in Ban Phai village (Tu Mich commune), the border guards coordinated with Chi Ma Border Gate Customs and Tu Mich commune police to arrest Hoang Van Quang (born in 2004, residing in Ban Gieng village, the same commune) while he was illegally bringing foreigners into the country.
Quang was accompanied by MA JIANG SHUAI (born in 2005). Through quick investigation, Quang admitted that a man named Trung (residing in Ban Phai village) hired him to pick up MA JIANG SHUAI from the border area and bring it to Loc Binh town to give to others.
The "contract" price is 600,000 VND. Currently, the person named Trung has left his residence and the authorities are searching for him.
Just a few minutes later, at 3:05 p.m. the same day, in Ban Thin village (Tu Mich commune), the authorities continued to discover a case of illegal transportation of firecrackers from China.
The arrested subject is Chu Van Bich (born in 1993, residing in Hop Thanh village, Khuat Xa commune, Loc Binh district). The seized exhibits included a motorbike and about 14kg of various types of firecrackers.
Both cases are being further investigated, clarified and handled by the Chi Ma Border Guard Station according to regulations.
