N.V.T.A was punished for fraud to avoid performing a military service call-up order after having the results of a military service health examination that qualified him for military service according to regulations.
In addition to the fine, N.V.T.A was also forced to perform military service according to the provisions of the Law on Military Service and guiding documents for implementation.
