This event is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1930 - March 26, 2025) and respond to the Youth Month 2025.
The goal of the program is to introduce trending industries, the strengths of Ho Chi Minh City's economic development, promote the movement, and spread the spirit of craft love among young workers.
The festival contributes to promoting the image and value of industries to a large number of people and international friends; developing human resources with vocational skills, contributing to improving labor productivity and competitiveness.At the same time, the event raises social awareness of vocational education, promotes the socio-economic development of Ho Chi Minh City and affirms the strength and potential of Vietnamese workers in the period of international integration.
The event not only creates a space for exchange and learning between young workers but also an opportunity for businesses, training facilities and domestic and international organizations to seek and recruit highly skilled human resources.This is also an opportunity to emphasize the role of young workers in meeting the increasing demand for quality human resources in the fields of engineering, high technology, services and manufacturing.
