For mini apartments of individuals that have been completed and put into use and are being rented out in Quy Nhon City, the City People's Committee must organize inspections of management and use, and handle violations of regulations on management and use of apartment buildings according to regulations issued by the Ministry of Construction.
At the same time, direct the commune level to conduct a review and require home owners to implement solutions to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety according to regulations.
Regarding the management of mini apartments of individual households in the coming time, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province requested the Provincial Police to regularly organize inspections of fire prevention and fighting work, handle violations (if any) of regulations on registration and management of residence, and ensure fire prevention and fighting safety according to regulations.
The provincial Department of Construction organizes the dissemination of regulations on management and use of apartment buildings; inspects, examines and handles violations in the management and use of apartment buildings; guides and answers questions related to the management and use of apartment buildings.
