On April 2, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that My Loc Ward Police had just coordinated with the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department to work with Mr. P.D. T (born in 1964, residing in My Loc ward, Ninh Binh province) to verify and clarify the act of negative comments on cyberspace, defaming the prestige of Party and State leaders.
Previously, through grasping the situation, the police force discovered that the Facebook account P.D. T had comments with negative content on the DÂN H. page.
Determining that this account had the act of sharing false information, defaming, affecting the prestige and honor of Party and State leaders and causing public confusion, the police force proceeded to collect information, documents and verify, working with the owner of the Facebook account above.
During the process of working with the police agency, the owner of the Facebook account P.D. T admitted his violations, and voluntarily removed the comments, committing to strictly comply with the regulations on using social networks, carefully verifying the content before posting, sharing, and commenting.
