According to Decision No. 1839/QD-UBND dated November 10, 2025 of Chairman of Le Chan Ward People's Committee, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Quyen was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Ward's Department of Culture - Social Affairs, from November 11, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Tan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee congratulated Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Quyen on being entrusted with a new task. Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Quyen is a cadre with many years of experience working in the education sector, having held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Le Chan District (old), with a lot of experience in management, operation and consulting in the field of education and training. On that basis, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee believes that Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Quyen will quickly get into the rhythm of the new task, promote her role well, and work with the Department of Culture - Social Affairs to unite and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
On the same afternoon, the People's Committee of Nam Do Son Ward also announced decisions on the transfer, appointment, and reception of cadres at affiliated departments and units. At the Ward Public Administration Service Center, Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh - Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee ceased to concurrently hold the position of Director of the Center; Mr. Nguyen The Anh was appointed to the position of Director of the Center, Mr. Hoang Dinh Khanh was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Center.
In the specialized departments, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thao was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department; Tran Ngoc Khanh and Mr. Nguyen Manh Ninh were appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Culture - Society; Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council and Ward People's Committee.
At the Ward Public Service Center, Mr. Ngo Van Huy was appointed as Director of the Center; Mr. Luu Dinh Dung was appointed as Deputy Director of the Center.
Previously, the People's Committee of Dong Hai Ward held a conference to announce the decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward on renaming the Public Service Center into the Dong Hai Ward Public Service Center, and at the same time announced the Decisions related to personnel work of the Public Service Center and the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the Ward.
Accordingly, Ms. Le Thu Trang was appointed Director of the Public Career Service Center; Mr. Nguyen Van Hung was appointed Deputy Chief of Office of the Ward People's Council - People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Trong Luong was appointed Deputy Director of the Public Career Service Center.
