On November 21, in Phu Quoc special zone, An Giang province, the Party Committee of Coast Guard Region 4 held a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Directive 212 dated June 10, 2021 on continuing to implement the movement "four good, four no, four against" and summarizing 3 years of implementing Directive 652 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Coast Guard.
The report at the conference showed that after 5 years of implementation, the "four good, four no, four against" movement has created a profound change throughout the unit, becoming the standard of ethics and action for officers and soldiers. The synchronous implementation of the criteria has helped soldiers firmly maintain their stance, work with peace of mind, proactively study and practice; form an honest and simple lifestyle; contribute to early prevention of signs of degradation, negativity, law violations and discipline.
The effective implementation of Directive 212 in the Party Committee and the entire Command of the Region has contributed significantly to building a team of cadres and soldiers with strong political will, not afraid of sacrificing hardship, proactively being creative, dedicated, and responsible in performing tasks; having good professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of building the Command of the Region "revolutive, disciplined, elite, modern", internal solidarity, unity, and solidarity between the army and people are increasingly consolidated; the quality of building regularity, practicing discipline and complying with the law is solid and in-depth.
For Directive 652, the Party Committee of Coast Guard Region 4 has been proactive, proactive and creative in leading, directing and organizing implementation. The work of managing, grasping and orienting ideas is carried out regularly in many diverse forms, suitable to the characteristics of the tasks and the ideological situation of soldiers at each time. Activities such as political study, thematic activities, seminars, exchanges, internal broadcasts, fanpages "coast Guard Region 4 Command Newsroom", " true light", along with many information channels of agencies and units have contributed to timely and effective public orientation.
The unit also regularly organizes cultural, artistic, physical education and sports exchanges, closely combining "building" and "opposing", taking "building" as the main thing; resolutely fighting against manifestations of distorted and incorrect ideology; preventing political, ethical, and lifestyle degradation, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation". In particular, the regime of democratic dialogue activities, political days, spiritual culture, and legal days are strictly maintained, thereby helping Party committees and commanders at all levels grasp the thoughts and aspirations of soldiers and promptly resolve arising problems. Thanks to that, the ideological situation in the entire Region is basically stable, officers and soldiers are always assured of their work and attached to the unit.
In the coming time, the Coast Guard Region 4 Command will continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Directive 212 and Directive 652 with higher political determination, making the movement a self-conscious and regular lifestyle for each officer and soldier. At the same time, be more proactive and proactive in grasping, managing, and resolving military ideological situations, making each soldier truly love, attach, and devote themselves to the development and maturity of the unit.
On this occasion, the Coast Guard Region 4 Command awarded 2 groups and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 212; 1 group and 5 individuals were awarded in implementing Directive 652. Proposal to award certificates of merit to Vietnam Coast Guard to 2 groups and 1 individual.
