On April 20, Dak Lak Provincial Police informed that the Youth Union of Detention Center No. 2 had just chaired the "Loving Meal" program at Phu Yen Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
The program has the coordination of the grassroots Youth Union of the Criminal Police Department, the Fire and Rescue Police Department, and the Youth Union of Hospital No. 2 (under Dak Lak Provincial Police), creating meaningful and practical activities towards the community.
With the pioneering and voluntary spirit of youth, union members and youth of the units directly participated in preparing, cooking and giving 200 free meals to patients and relatives who are being examined and treated at the hospital.
Each meal is prepared thoughtfully, ensuring nutrition, food safety and hygiene, showing concern and sharing for those in difficult circumstances.
The "Loving Meal" activity is one of the practical and meaningful programs of the People's Police youth towards major holidays of the country, while clearly showing the pioneering and voluntary role for the community.
Thereby, contributing to affirming the responsibility of the People's Police force in social security work, not only maintaining security and order but also actively joining hands to care for people's lives.
According to Dak Lak Provincial Police, in the coming time, grassroots youth unions under the Provincial Police will continue to maintain and replicate meaningful charity activities such as the "Loving Meal" program.
