On June 23, the Party Committee of An Phong ward organized a conference to announce decisions on the organizational structure and personnel work of specialized agencies under the Ward People's Committee.
At the conference, ward leaders announced Resolution No. 16 of the ward People's Council of term II, term 2026 - 2031 on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of An Phong ward. Accordingly, the People's Committee of An Phong ward organizes 5 agencies and units including: Office of the People's Council and People's Committee; Department of Construction, Agriculture and Environment; Economic Department; Department of Culture - Society; Public Administrative Service Center.
The total number of staff arranged at specialized agencies and administrative organizations under the Ward People's Committee is 44 staff. In which, the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee has 10 staff; Department of Construction, Agriculture and Environment 9 staff; Economic Department 9 staff; Department of Culture - Society 9 staff; Public Administration Service Center 7 staff.
The conference also announced decisions on personnel work: Mr. Nguyen Khac Dung was appointed as Head of the Economic Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Ngu was appointed as Head of the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department; Mr. Pham Ngoc Thang was appointed as Director of the Public Service Center; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hung was appointed as Deputy Head of the Construction, Agriculture and Environment Department and Mr. Le Thanh Hung was appointed as Deputy Head of the Economic Department.
On this occasion, Nghi Duong Commune People's Committee also announced the Decisions of the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee on personnel work for the Department of Culture - Society and the Office of the People's Council and Commune People's Committee.
Accordingly, appointing Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Dung - specialist of the Culture - Social Department of Nghi Duong commune, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Department of Nghi Duong commune; appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien - specialist of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Nghi Duong commune, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Nghi Duong commune. The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee also signed a decision on the appointment of Mr. Dao Quang Tien to hold the position of Vice Principal of Ngu Phuc Primary School.
Gia Vien Ward People's Committee also awarded the decision to appoint Ms. Dao Thi Trang - Official of Gia Vien Ward Health Station to hold the position of Deputy Director of Gia Vien Ward Health Station. The term of appointment is 5 years.
