There are 10 prohibited acts in the coastal park area along Tran Phu and Pham Van Dong streets (from Bach Dang Park to Mai Xuan Thuong street).
The authorities will regularly inspect, remind and handle violations according to the law.
The prohibited acts include sports activities, camping, entertainment events and recreation if not permitted in writing by Nha Trang City People's Committee.
Use the park space to burn fire, release kitchens, eat, trade, and provide services without approval from the competent authority.
Lying on a stone bench, sitting and stepping on grass, cutting down trees, damaging park equipment. Meanwhile, the media and garbage are thrown in the wrong place.
Lao off pets, let them spawn in the park or swim with people at sea. Fishing near the shore within the beach. Swimming outside the area with a safety buoy or where there is a no-swim sign. Play football and volleyball in the coastal park. Driving a vehicle on a flower garden, grass, or park walkway; parking in violation of regulations.
Allowing water recreation vehicles in coastal parks (except for rescue cases) or operating in the buoy area.
In addition, people are not allowed to use foot washing water poles for other purposes, do not bathe, wash, or laundry in the coastal park.
