This incident occurred at 0:03 am on June 30, on Tran Phu Street (National Highway 20. At the above time, a red KIA Soluto car with license plate 49H - 040.28 was traveling on Tran Phu Street from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat. When reaching Mui Tau roundabout in Bao Loc Lake area, the car turned right onto Le Hong Phong Street.
At this time, Mr. N.Q.B (residing in Ward 2 Bao Loc) was driving a car in the opposite direction, honking and turning the left turn signal, then overtaking the car with license plate 49H - 040.28.
After this situation, the car with license plate 49H - 040.28 overtook and pressed the right side of the car driven by Mr. B. The sudden situation caused Mr. B to panic and pedal to run, but the driver of car 49H - 040.28 still accelerated and swerved, swerving on National Highway 20 to chase Mr. B's car.
When reaching the section near the green light, red light on National Highway 20 through Ward 3 Bao Loc, the driver of car 49H - 040.28 continued to cross the road and forced Mr. B's car to cross the road with 2 straight lines prohibiting overtaking.
At this time, there was still a passenger bus traveling behind. The head-on collision of car 49H - 040.28 almost collided between vehicles.
After that, the car 49H - 040.28 continued to swerve twice, crossing the front of the car driven by Mr. B on National Highway 20. When Mr. B proactively turned around in an alley at the intersection with National Highway 20 in Ward 3 Bao Loc, the incident stopped.
After receiving the above video from the people, the Traffic Police quickly took action to verify the drivers of the two cars mentioned above. In addition to Mr. N.Q.B, the Traffic Police force has identified the driver of car 49H - 040.28 as Mr. N.X.V (residing in Ward B'Lao).
Immediately afterwards, the Bao Loc Pass Traffic Police Team invited both drivers, Mr. V and Mr. B, to work. Thereby, a record of administrative violations against Mr. N.X.V for the act of driving a vehicle in a zigzag manner and crossing the head of another vehicle while participating in traffic was drawn up for handling according to regulations.
In Mr. N.Q.B's case, through video, the Traffic Police force also recorded Mr. B driving a vehicle in violation of regulations when participating in traffic.
The case is being consolidated by the authorities to strictly handle according to the provisions of the law.
