On the afternoon of March 26, Dien Bien Provincial Police announced that they had just arrested two subjects, Lo Duc K and Sung A S (both born in 2013, residing in Keo Lom Commune, Dien Bien Dong District) for theft of property.
Previously, at 11:15 a.m. on March 25 at Km214+500 National Highway 12, during a patrol, the working group of the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police discovered and made a record of Lo Duc K and Sung A S for driving a vehicle while not qualified and not wearing a helmet.
At the authorities, both subjects confessed that the motorbike with license plate 27F8-3302 was being stolen by the two subjects in Na Sang village, Nu Ngam commune, Dien Bien district.
Previously, at around 10:00 p.m. on March 24, the subjects also committed the theft of 2 other motorbikes in Keo Lom commune, Dien Bien Dong district and Pom Lot commune, Dien Bien district.
Currently, the subjects and the exhibits have been verified and clarified by the working group in coordination with the authorities.
