Hanoi Police require 2 subjects to appear

Hanoi - City Police requested 2 subjects in the case of Organizing gambling and gambling that occurred on August 6 to appear to clarify the contents related to the case.

On September 12, Hanoi City Police said that the Criminal Police Department, Hanoi City Police is investigating the case of Organizing gambling and gambling that occurred on August 6, 2025.

During the investigation, the Criminal Police Department identified the two subjects in the case of gambling and organizing gambling as Vu Phuong Thanh (born in 1983, residing in Group 1, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi) and Doan Minh Phuong (born in 1984, residing in Lane 184 Tran Chat Chan, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi City). However, the two subjects are not present at their residence.

To serve the investigation, the Criminal Police Department, Hanoi City Police issued a decision to search for the subjects.
