Khanh Hoa Police investigate the case of 2 teenagers riding electric bicycles robbing property

Khanh Hoa - In just a few hours after receiving the report, the police force investigated and clarified the property robbery that occurred in the area, recovering all exhibits.

On April 24, news from Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police has coordinated with Ninh Phuoc Commune Police to promptly investigate and clarify the robbery that occurred in the locality.

According to the victim's report (born in 2013, residing in Ninh Phuoc commune), at noon on the same day, while sitting alone in the Lu River dam area, the victim was approached and asked for money by two young men riding electric bicycles.

When the victim replied no, one subject used his hand to strangle her, control her and then took 4 batteries on the electric bicycle, then left with his accomplices.

Determining the seriousness of the incident, the Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency coordinated with Ninh Phuoc Commune Police to urgently investigate the related subjects.

At about 4 pm on the same day, functional forces identified two related subjects as M.V. B and T.N. A. L (both born in 2011, residing in Ninh Phuoc commune).

At the police station, the subjects confessed that because they saw that the area was deserted, they had the intention to appropriate property.

After committing the crime, the subjects sold 1 battery for 80,000 VND to spend, the remaining 3 batteries had not yet been consumed.

The police force seized all 4 batteries that were exhibits of the case.

Currently, the case is being further consolidated and handled according to the provisions of law.
